The everyday gap

You shouldn't have to explain your child from scratch every time someone new walks in.

At school, your child has a team. A plan. People who know what loud noises do to her, and what brings him back. The moment you walk out the door — church childcare, the gym, a sitter, a grandparent — that scaffolding disappears.

It's the eighth time you've explained that loud restrooms send him into a meltdown.

The new sitter didn't know about the food allergy. We learned that at the ER.

How it works

Build the profile once. Carry it with you, everywhere.

Build a rich profile

Capture who your child is across ten care areas — how they communicate, what calms them, what to avoid, what they love, the routines that hold their day together.

Invite the circle

Send a secure link to teachers, therapists, sitters, grandparents. They see only what you choose. Revoke any time. You see who opened it and when.

Get help in the moment

Log how the day went, ask the Circle for guidance before an outing or after a hard moment, and watch patterns emerge that help everyone support your child better.

Real-time intelligence

The same level of awareness school provides — everywhere your child goes.

When a sitter notices something, you don't wait until pickup to learn about it. When a therapist tries a new approach, the next caregiver knows. When you're heading into a loud, busy place, you can ask the Circle what to prepare for — based on your child's actual patterns, not generic advice.

Information flowing in real time means support becomes proactive, not reactive. Every adult in your child's life works with clarity, not in isolation.

Plan everyday life

The Circle goes beyond the classroom.

Heading to the zoo, a museum, a wedding, a birthday party? Ask the Circle what to prepare for, what to bring, what to avoid, and how to set your child up for success — tailored to their unique needs and recent patterns.

New environments stop being a guessing game. You walk in ready, and so does everyone helping you.

What's inside

Everything you need to be your child's best advocate.

Ten care sections

About me, communication, foods, sensory, what upsets me, what calms me, routines, safety, strengths, and what every caregiver should know.

Granular sharing

Why we built it

From a school psychologist who watched the gap, every day.

I've spent my career as a school psychologist protecting and advocating for children — especially those with special needs. When something is off at school, we catch it. We respond. We support. But the moment a parent drops their child off somewhere else — church childcare, a gym, a sitter — that scaffolding disappears.

And there's another gap most people don't see. Even inside schools and daycares, parents are often on the outside looking in — receiving delayed updates, limited context, and little ability to actively shape what's happening with their child in real time.

As both a psychologist and a parent, I couldn't ignore that. Know My Child was built to put the power back into the hands of parents. Through real-time documentation and communication, parents and caregivers share critical insights the moment they happen — what a child experienced, what triggered a behavior, what helped them regulate, what they need next.

When information flows in real time, support becomes proactive, not reactive. The same circle of care that supports a child at school can now help parents plan everyday life. This isn't just communication. It's continuous understanding — a system that connects school, home, and the real world, so every adult in a child's life is informed, aligned, and equipped.

Because children don't only need support at school. They need to be understood — everywhere they go.
